目的：观察心理护理干预对心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法将36例心力衰竭患者随机分为试验组和对照组各18例。对照组进行常规护理，试验组在常规护理的基础上采用心理护理模式进行护理。比较2组治疗效果、护理满意度及不良反应发生率。结果试验组的总有效率为88．9％高于对照组的72．2％，护理满意度为94．4％高于对照组的77．8％，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论在常规护理的基础上采用心理护理模式进行护理后，心力衰竭治疗效果大大提高，提高了患者的护理质量及满意度。“,”Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on cardiac function in patients with heart failure .Methods A total of 36 patients with heart failure was divided into experimental group and control group random-ly,with 18 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing ,while experimental group was given psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing .The treatment effect,nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (88.9%) was higher than that of the control group (72.2%),The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group (94.4%) was higher than that of the control group (77.8%). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group ,the difference were statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing ,the nursing mode is used to carry out nursing care,which make the treatment of heart failure is greatly improved ,and the quality of care and satisfaction of patients are im-proved .
