4月6日,中船重工川东造船厂(简称川东船厂)与中国长航南京长江油运公司签订了2艘4999吨化学品船建造合同,合同金额1.4亿元。据悉,到目前为止,该厂今年的订单金额已经达到11.1亿元。面对纷至沓来的新船订单,“川东人”喜笑颜开。但是,2004年之前的“川东人”,却并非如此。那时,他们过着一种备受煎熬的日子。命运的改变,皆因建造了“宁化417”轮。
