抗菌药物是妇产科应用最广泛的一类药物,其在杀灭或抑制细菌、有效治疗感染的同时,也伴随出现一系列与用药目的无关甚至相反的有害作用[1]。药品不良事件是患者或受试者在应用药物后发生的任何不良非预期医学事件或体验,不论其与治疗是否存在因果关系。本课题组前期调查研究显示,三级甲等医院妇产科围手术期患者抗菌药物不合理应用问题严重[2-5]。为促进妇产科合理用药提供参考依据,本研究对天津市某三级甲等医院患者抗菌药物使用的不良事件情况进行调查分析,现将结果报告如下。
Antimicrobial drugs are the most widely used drugs in obstetrics and gynecology. They kill or inhibit bacteria and effectively treat infections. In addition, antimicrobial drugs are accompanied by a series of harmful effects that are irrelevant or even opposite to the purpose of the drug [1]. An adverse drug event is any undesirable, unintended medical event or experience that occurs after the patient or subject has applied the drug, regardless of whether or not it has a causal relationship with the treatment. The research group conducted a preliminary study shows that the tertiary hospital obstetrics and gynecology perioperative patients with inappropriate use of anti-bacterial drugs serious problem [2-5]. To promote the rational use of obstetrics and gynecology provide a reference basis for the study of a tertiary hospital in Tianjin, the use of antimicrobial agents to investigate the adverse events, the results reported below.
