分析了脉冲电源中影响挠性接头细颈电火花加工精度和表面粗糙度Ra的因素,得出了等电流脉宽脉冲电源更适合挠性接头电火花精微加工的结论.在此基础上,研制了挠性接头电火花加工专用机床脉冲电源,其最小电流脉宽te=1μs.最后就te和峰值电流ie对Ra、生产率MRR和相对电极损耗的影响进行了实验.结果表明:Ra随ie的增大而增大、随te的减小而减小;MRR随ie和te的增大而增大;相对电极损耗随ie的增大而增大、随te的增大而减小.当te=1μs,ie=0.5A,脉冲间隔t0=4μs时,Ra<0.3μm,MRR=0.02mm3/min.所研制的脉冲电源可以满足挠性接头电火花精微加工的要求.
The factors influencing the precision of EDM and surface roughness Ra of flexible joint are analyzed. The conclusion that isochronal pulse width pulse power is more suitable for the EDM of flexible joint is obtained. On this basis, developed a flexible connector EDM machine dedicated pulse power, the minimum current pulse width te = 1μs. Finally, the effects of te and peak current ie on Ra, productivity MRR and relative electrode loss were tested. The results show that: Ra increases with increasing ie and decreases with decreasing te; MRR increases with increasing ie and te; relative electrode loss increases with increasing ie increasing Big and small. When te = 1μs, ie = 0.5A, the pulse interval t0 = 4μs, Ra <0.3μm, MRR = 0.02mm3 / min. The developed pulse power can meet the requirements of micro EDM EDM.
