自从1972年建立了利用溴脱氧苷尿(Brdu)掺入法检测姐妹染色单体互换(以下称SCE)以来,这个目标成了遗传学、环境诱变、遗传毒理等学科中的热点。十多年来,大量的基础和应用学科的研究者进行了广泛的探索,取得了一定的成果,也发现了一些问题。曾召开了多次专题会议,最近有很多专著、会议文集和综述问世。因涉及面甚广,本文不予全面介绍,仅就这一方法在职业卫生中的应用归纳一下国外学者最近的一些意见,盼有助于国内同僚。
This goal has been a hot spot in genetics, environmental mutagenesis and genotoxicity since the establishment of a sister chromatid exchange (SCE) assay using Brdu incorporation in 1972. For more than a decade, a large number of researchers in basic and applied disciplines have made extensive explorations, obtained certain achievements and also found some problems. Has held a number of special meetings, recently a lot of monographs, conference proceedings and review of the advent. Due to the wide range of coverage, this article does not give a comprehensive introduction. Only the recent opinions of foreign scholars on the application of this method in occupational health are hoped to be helpful to domestic colleagues.
