毫米波通信的大带宽等特点,可以应用于高速无线数据传输,能够有效解决高铁车地间的无线宽带传输问题。本文就高铁移动通信应用场景与应用需求,提出适用于高铁移动通信的毫米波收发机设计方案;方案中采用基波四倍频单本振、多芯片混合集成、滤波等技术,具有高性能,大带宽等优点;能够满足高铁宽带通信需求,而且接收机动态范围也适用于时变距离的通信。
Millimeter-wave communication and other characteristics of high bandwidth, high-speed wireless data transmission can be applied to effectively solve the problem of wireless broadband transmission between high-speed rail car. In this paper, the design scheme of millimeter-wave transceiver for high-speed rail mobile communication is put forward based on the application scene and application requirements of high-speed rail mobile communication. The scheme adopts the fundamental quadruple frequency single oscillator, multi-chip hybrid integration and filtering technology, Large bandwidth and other advantages; to meet the high-speed broadband communication needs, and receiver dynamic range is also suitable for time-varying distance communication.
