目的掌握湘潭、锡矿山地区居民人发锑含量暴露水平,为锑暴露风险评估提供基础数据。方法选择湘潭、锡矿山地区居民作为调查对象,收集人发104份,以原子荧光光谱法测定发锑含量并对结果进行分析。结果在73份湘潭地区居民人发中,总锑检出率为84.9%;测定值范围为ND~0.94μg/g。平均值为0.24μg/g,中位值为0.21μg/g。其性别、年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在31份锡矿山街道居民人发中,均检出锑,其检测值范围为1.65~70.00μg/g。平均值为20.80μg/g。中位值为13.00μg/g。结论湘潭地区居民锑含量主要分布范围为ND~0.30μg/g,处于较低水平,锑的环境暴露水平较低,生态环境未受到污染。锡矿山街道居民发锑含量主要分布在3.18~63.00μg/g区间,处于较高水平,锑的环境暴露风险较高。
Objective To understand the level of antimony in human hair in Xiangtan and Xiling areas and provide the basic data for the risk assessment of antimony exposure. Methods Residents in Xiangtan and Xikuangshan were selected as survey objects, 104 human hair samples were collected, the antimony content was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the results were analyzed. Results In 73 samples of human hair from Xiangtan area, the detection rate of total antimony was 84.9%. The measured value ranged from ND to 0.94μg / g. The average was 0.24 μg / g with a median of 0.21 μg / g. The gender, age difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Antimony was found in 31 hair samples of tin mine street residents, with the detection range of 1.65 ~ 70.00μg / g. The average value was 20.80 μg / g. The median value was 13.00 μg / g. Conclusion The content of antimony in the residents of Xiangtan mainly ranges from ND to 0.30μg / g, which is at a low level. The environmental exposure of antimony is low and the ecological environment is not polluted. The antimony content of street residents in tin mines is mainly distributed in the range of 3.18 ~ 63.00μg / g, which is at a high level, and the risk of environmental exposure to antimony is high.
