灌河大桥采用双塔双索面半漂浮体系钢与混凝土组合梁斜拉桥。在总结其他斜拉桥合龙经验的基础上,结合实际施工进度,采用低温时段定时法技术进行合龙。定时合龙技术在合龙口旁前2个梁段安装前,对扩大的合龙口进行连续观测,对合龙杆件提前下料,在标准梁段安装完成后,根据监控结果吊装合龙杆件完成合龙。此技术以长圆孔工具连接板、临时匹配件为辅助合龙工具,先将合龙口状态固定,再通过实际测量确定永久拼接板尺寸,最后将工具连接板替换为永久连接板,完成主梁合龙。
