一般有进取之心的学生会有进取成功的憧憬并由此产生动力和形成不怕困难、忍耐屈辱、顾全整体大局以实现目标等相关积极品质。因此,分析责任感和进取心缺失的原因,有利于培养学生对责任感的正确认知,促成学生责任行为的形成,对增强中学生的责任意志,具有现实意义。在学校心理健康咨询配合德育工作中,只有数量很少的学生违规行为可以通过晓之以理的咨询援助得以解决,大多数学生缺乏责任感和进取心的问题却难以通过常规教育训练和心
Students who are generally enterprising will have the ambitious and successful vision and will be motivated to form relevant positive qualities such as being afraid of difficulties, enduring humiliation, and taking overall interests into account to achieve their goals. Therefore, the analysis of the reasons for the lack of responsibility and initiative is conducive to cultivating students’ correct understanding of the sense of responsibility and promoting the formation of student responsibility behavior, which is of practical significance to enhancing the responsibility of middle school students. Only a small number of students’ violations can be solved through counseling assistance which is based on psychological counseling in moral counseling in schools. Most students lack the sense of responsibility and enterprising but find it hard to get through regular education and training
