C5b 9复合物是补体激活后形成的C5b 8与多个C9结合后的产物 ,可形成跨膜通道 ,介导多种活性物质的释放 ,参与肾组织的损伤 ,是许多肾脏疾病的重要致病因素。C5b 9受多种补体调节蛋白如CD5 9、Crry等的调节 ,并通过介导活性氧和花生四烯酸的释放 ,影响细胞凋亡等参与肾脏疾病的发生和发展。
