经过多年教学实践我们发现,行为导向教学法很适合中职学生学习实际,也适合中职院校教学内容要求,将行为导向教学法的理论和方法应用在中职院校教学中能充分发挥学生的主体作用,提高院校教学质量。从行为导向教学法的概念和特征入手,简单阐述了它在中职教学中的应用情况,仅供同行参考。
