为提高核电安全性,核能行业普遍采用了运行评估方法来提高核电厂运行安全业绩水平。本文从核电运行与核电工程建设两类性质不同的管理活动的特点出发,对二者开展评估的组织行为、评价指标、评估过程的区别进行了分析研究,提出了基于核电工程项目管理成熟度模型的评估方法,供业内借鉴与参考。
