Objective To develop the deep venous vein of healthy people by using the magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) technique to obtain the data of the diameter, length, distribution and reflux of deep vein. Methods A total of 60 healthy volunteers were examined by 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging. The resulting original image is processed by Extended MR workspace 2.6.3.4 Image Workstation to obtain the relevant data. T1WI and SWI reconstructed images were fused by Photoshop CC 2015 to analyze the relationship between venous catheterization and surrounding brain tissue. Results The deep venous vein could be clearly developed on the SWI reconstructed image. Its diameter was more uniform and ranged from 0.2 to 0.3 mm. According to the distribution of deep vein veins, the deep veins can be divided into three regions: the anterior region is located in the frontal lobe deep white matter; the middle part is located in the center before and after the back, marginal gyrus, angle back deep white matter; posterior region in the occipital lobe deep white matter. The number of deep vein in the anterior zone is 4 to 10; in the middle zone is 8 to 19; in the posterior zone is 3 to 7. Deep vein in the middle of the longest length. The anterior, middle and posterior deep venous veins were refluxed to the anterior septal and caudate nucleus anterior, transverse caudate nucleus, lateral ventricle vein. Conclusion The SWI technique can clearly show the deep medulla veins, which provides the possibility of constructing the medullary venous network and provides the basis for delineating the abnormal deep vein.
