以可生物降解聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)为壳材,通过溶剂挥发法制备包覆己二酸微胶囊,采用扫描电子显微镜观测微胶囊的表面形貌,用FT-IR表征微胶囊芯材与壳材的化学组成,用TGA分析微胶囊的热稳定性;并将微胶囊添加到基材PBS中,测试其对基材PBS降解的影响。研究结果表明:投料比为1∶3时,微胶囊有较高的包覆率和较好的表面形貌;己二酸微胶囊的热力学稳定性稍有下降,这有利于芯材的释放,其对基材PBS的降解有一定的促进作用。
The microcapsules coated with biodegradable polybutylene succinate (PBS) were prepared by solvent evaporation method. The surface morphology of microcapsules was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The microcapsules were characterized by FT-IR The chemical composition of the capsule core and the shell was analyzed by TGA. The microcapsules were analyzed by TGA. The microcapsules were added to the substrate PBS to test their effect on the degradation of the substrate PBS. The results show that the encapsulation rate and surface morphology of the microcapsules are higher when the material ratio is 1: 3. The thermodynamic stability of the adipic acid microcapsules slightly decreases, which is beneficial to the release of the core material. Its degradation of substrate PBS has a certain role in promoting.
