文章对国内外MLIS教育的研究状况进行了分析总结,发现目前针对MLIS的研究在教育现状、培养模式、核心能力、课程设置及差异比较等方面均存在不足。改革和加强MLIS教育,应立足MLIS教育实际,以满足社会人才需求为导向,加大专业学位教育的研究力度,关注培养模式的各个具体环节,匹配核心能力与课程设置,完善课程体系与教学环节,注重不同培养单位与不同专业学位的差异比较。
The article analyzes and summarizes the research status of MLIS education both at home and abroad, and finds that the current researches on MLIS are deficient in education status, training mode, core competence, curriculum setup and comparison of differences. Reform and strengthen MLIS education should be based on the actual MLIS education, in order to meet the needs of social talent-oriented, increase professional degree education research, pay attention to all aspects of training mode, matching core competencies and curriculum, improve the curriculum system and teaching links , Pay attention to different training units and different professional degree differences.
