在建筑工程中,为了功能的需要和解决高层主体与裙房间的差异沉降、钢筋混凝土的收缩变形以及混凝土的温度应力等问题,在适当增大伸缩缝最大间距的各项措施中,在结构施工阶段采取防裂措施是国内外通用的减小混凝土收缩不利影响的有效方法,我国常用的做法是设置施工后浇带。本文针对这个方法的设计原理进行了简要的分析,并提出了一些有效的施工技巧,在施工中还应注意本文提出的有关问题。
