目的探讨超导可视人流系统在人工流产术中的临床应用方法和效果。方法 238例自愿要求行人流术的妇女,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各119例,对照组按照常规人工流产术进行操作,观察组采用超导可视人流。结果对照组出血量为(15.0±7.5)ml,观察组为(10.5±6.0)ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中、术后均无并发症出现,对照组有4例患者发生了并发症,发生率为3.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超导可视人流弥补了传统人工流产术仅仅凭借感觉和经验盲目操作的缺陷,安全彻底,有效防止或者减少了并发症的发生,在人工流产术中具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of superconducting visual abortion in artificial abortion. Methods A total of 238 cases of women who voluntarily requested pedestrian flow were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 119 cases in each group. The control group was operated according to the conventional abortion, and the observation group was superconducting visual flow. Results The amount of bleeding in the control group was (15.0 ± 7.5) ml and in the observation group was (10.5 ± 6.0) ml, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) In the control group, 4 patients had complications, the incidence was 3.3%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Superconducting visual flow makes up for the defects of traditional artificial abortion simply by virtue of sensory and experience blindly, effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of complications, and has a high clinical value in abortion.
