目的:研究基于FTIR技术的角类动物药品质评价的方法。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)并结合二阶导数谱分析鉴别鹿茸、鹿角、羚羊角、水牛角4种角类动物药。结果:角类动物药的共有峰和差异特征峰主要表现在蛋白质、氨基酸(1 650,1 540 cm-1)、多糖(1 035 cm-1)和油脂(2 926,2 855 cm-1)等主要成分的吸收峰。鹿茸中某些含较多亚甲基的酯类成分含量相对较高;鹿角中糖类成分含量比较多;羚羊角和水牛角中含有大量的氨基酸类物质,但油脂、糖类的含量较低,另外两者红外图相似度较大,但羚羊角有几种物质的含量高于水牛角。结论:与传统鉴别方法相比,傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)更简洁、客观,有效地实现了对角类动物药的快速、无损和可靠的鉴别,初步建立了角类动物药品质特征鉴别方法,也为别的动物药鉴别提供了参考。
Objective: To study the method of evaluating the quality of keratin drugs based on FTIR technology. METHODS: Four kinds of antler drugs such as antler, antlers, antelope horn and buffalo horn were identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) combined with second derivative spectrum analysis. RESULTS: The common and differential characteristic peaks of keratin drugs were mainly found in proteins, amino acids (1 650, 1 540 cm-1), polysaccharides (1 035 cm-1), and oils (2 926, 2 855 cm-1). Absorption peaks such as main components. Some antler-containing antler compounds contain relatively high content of methylene; antler contains more carbohydrates; antelope horns and buffalo horns contain a lot of amino acids, but the content of oils and sugars is low. In addition, the infrared images of the two are similar, but there are several substances in the antelope horn that are higher than the buffalo horn. Conclusion: Compared with traditional identification methods, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) is a simpler, more objective and effective method for the rapid, non-destructive and reliable identification of diagonal animal medicines, and has initially established the quality of keratin medicines. The feature identification method also provides a reference for the identification of other animal drugs.
