目的观察中西医结合治疗绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将120例绝经期综合症患者随机分为两组,对照组采用戊酸雌二醇片雌二醇环丙孕酮片复合包装治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹栀逍遥胶囊治疗。治疗3个月后,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后两组性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥胶囊联合激素治疗绝经期综合征疗效明显,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods 120 cases of menopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with estradiol valerate estradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets. The treatment group was treated with Danzhixiaoyao Capsule. Three months after treatment, the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in sex hormone levels between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao Capsule combined with hormone treatment of menopausal syndrome obvious effect, it is worth promoting.
