人们正在从使用基于石化燃料的操作油转变到使用环境友好型天然油品,富含多环芳香化合物(以下简称PCA)的增量油已受到了限制。通过一种基于100%天然橡胶配方、一种基于NR/BR并用胶的卡车斜交轮胎胎冠胶料和一种基于NR/BR并用胶的条形花纹轮胎胎冠胶料、以及一种基于SSBR/NR/BR并用胶的轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶料,对印楝油和水黄皮油这两种天然操作油进行了表征。已经发现,这些油在低PCA含量的基础上也同样可用,用其制备的胶料显示出较好的磨耗性能。
People are transitioning from the use of fossil fuel-based process oils to the use of environmentally friendly natural oils, and extender oils rich in polycyclic aromatic compounds (PCA) have been limited. Through a 100% natural rubber formulation based on a NR / BR with rubber truck bias tire tread compound and a rubber tire based on NR / BR rib tire tread compound rubber and a based on SSBR / NR / BR and rubber car radial tire tread compound rubber, neem oil and water huangpi oil these two natural operating oil was characterized.
