人生长激素(HGH)对机体生长发育起重要作用。HGH的分泌呈脉冲式昼夜节律。测定刺激试验后血HGH的峰值并不能准确地反映体内生理或病理状态下的HGH的分泌。测24小时血HGH分泌图,方法繁琐,费用高,反复抽血亦不易为儿童所接受。测24小时尿HGH的总排泄量能真实地反映体内内源性自主性HGH的分泌。它对HGH缺乏症的诊断、HGH生理或病理生理作用机制的阐述及对用外源性HGH的治疗的随访监测均具有重要意义。
Human growth hormone (HGH) plays an important role in the growth and development of the body. HGH secretion was pulsating circadian rhythm. Determining the peak of blood HGH after the stimulation test does not accurately reflect the secretion of HGH in the physiological or pathological state in vivo. Measured 24 hours blood HGH secretion map, cumbersome methods, high cost, repeated blood is not easy for children to accept. Measured 24-hour urinary HGH total excretion can truly reflect the body’s endogenous autonomic HGH secretion. It is of great significance for the diagnosis of HGH deficiency, the mechanism of physiological or pathophysiological effects of HGH and the follow-up monitoring of the treatment with exogenous HGH.
