目的:探讨如何保证第二代杂交捕获(HC2)技术的质量。方法:我院5684例宫颈黏液脱落细胞标本进行裂解—杂交—捕获—反应—冲洗—收集信号—判读。结果:RLU/Cutoff≥1为阳性,<1为阴性,阳性为人乳头状(HPV)病毒感染。结论:为保证实验结果的准确性,操作时要细心严谨注意避免交叉感染,室温要恒定20℃~25℃,孵化时间要准确60min,冲洗所用的水与冲洗的质量要保证。
Objective: To explore how to ensure the quality of second generation hybrid capture (HC2) technology. Methods: 5684 cases of cervical mucous cell exfoliated cells in our hospital were subjected to lysis - hybridization - capture - reaction - washout - collection of signals - interpretation. Results: RLU / Cutoff≥1 was positive, <1 was negative, the positive was human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Conclusion: In order to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results, careful and careful attention should be paid to avoid cross-infection during operation. The room temperature should be constant between 20 ℃ and 25 ℃ and the incubation time should be exactly 60min. The quality of water and washing used for irrigation should be ensured.
