很多教师都有这样的感受:有的教师对待工作一丝不苟,早来晚走,在备课和教学中下了很大功夫,指导学生,帮助学生,但是教学效果和自己的付出不成正比。而有的教师看起来轻轻松松,按时上下班,工作生活两不误,不会把自己搞的疲惫不堪,结果教学成绩却特别好。其区别主要是课堂教学的有效性不同罢了。那么,如何提高小学英语教学的有效性呢?笔者就从以下几点进行进行阐述。
Many teachers have the feeling that some teachers are meticulous about their work and come home early and late. They have made great efforts in preparing lessons and teaching, guiding students and helping students, but their teaching effects are not directly proportional to their own efforts. While some teachers seem relaxed, on and off work, work and life correct, will not engage in their own exhaustion, the results of teaching is particularly good. The main difference between the effectiveness of classroom teaching is different. So, how to improve the effectiveness of primary English teaching? The author will proceed from the following points.
