In 1994, when the national electricity service was still in its infancy, Haier Air-conditioner took the lead in nationwide to launch “No Moving Service”. It was like a spring thunder and opened the curtain of the revolution in China’s home appliance service. In 1995, the “three-free service” was launched and immediately set off an upsurge of air-conditioning services in China. The promises of “seven exemptions” and “ten exemptions” have become higher and higher, but people have never forgotten the sincerity of “Haier” starting from the interests of consumers. In 1996, “first design, after installation” pushed the air-conditioning service to a higher level.
