以球墨铸铁QT350-22U铸造件风力机轮毂为研究对象,采用修正的雨流计数法处理载荷谱,并结合Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤理论和有限元法,分析了铸造件轮毂在不同质量等级下的疲劳损伤。结果表明,不同质量等级下轮毂的疲劳损伤相差较大,但以球墨铸铁QT350-22U为材料的轮毂在两种质量等级下均能满足风力机20年的寿命要求;基于有限元法的疲劳分析还可以找到轮毂累积疲劳损失最大点,为轮毂的优化设计提供参考。
Taking ductile cast iron QT350-22U castings wind turbine hub as the research object, the modified rain flow counting method was used to deal with the load spectrum. Based on the Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory and the finite element method, the cast hubs were analyzed under different quality levels Fatigue damage. The results show that the fatigue damage of the hub differs greatly with different quality levels, but the wheel with ductile iron QT350-22U can meet the requirements of 20 years of life under both quality levels.
