蒸汽系统中能量和物质的损失是整个蒸汽热力管网运行过程中存在的最大问题,主要由排凝放空损失、主干管线的散热损失以及蒸汽计量的损失这三个部分组成。根据这种情况,采取了相应的解决措施,如通过凝结水排气加压站以及气动式排凝回收站的建立,实现凝结水的回收和再利用,通过对热力管线更新保温降低主干管线的散热损失,以及通过数据采集及智能检测模拟系统的建立对蒸汽管网的运行状况进行监控和分析,从而达到热力管网的优化和节能目的。
