目的探讨乳腺癌组织中p21WAF1及CDK4的表达及临床意义。方法采用SP法检测p21WAF1和CDK4在正常乳腺组织、乳腺癌旁组织及乳腺癌组织中的表达情况。结果p21WAF1阳性表达率在乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织中分别为41.1%、3.3%和12.5%,肿瘤组织明显高于癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织(P<0.05),无淋巴结转移组明显高于有淋巴结转移组,与组织分级及PR、ER表达无相关。CDK4阳性表达率在乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织中分别为51.1%、15.5%和0%,呈递增趋势,与肿瘤组织分级、淋巴结转移呈负相关,与PR、ER无相关。结论p21WAF1和CDK4与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关,有望作为判断乳腺癌恶性程度及预后的有效指标之一。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of p21WAF1 and CDK4 in breast cancer. Methods SP method was used to detect the expression of p21WAF1 and CDK4 in normal breast tissues, paracancerous tissues and breast cancer tissues. Results The positive rate of p21WAF1 in breast cancer tissues, paracancer tissues and normal breast tissues were 41.1%, 3.3% and 12.5% respectively. The tumor tissue was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues and normal breast tissues (P <0.05), without lymph node metastasis Group was significantly higher than that in lymph node metastasis group, which had no correlation with tissue grade and PR and ER expression. The positive rates of CDK4 in breast cancer tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal breast tissues were 51.1%, 15.5% and 0%, respectively, showing an increasing trend, which was negatively correlated with tumor grade and lymph node metastasis, but not with PR and ER. Conclusion p21WAF1 and CDK4 are closely related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer, which is expected to be one of the effective indicators for judging the malignant degree and prognosis of breast cancer.
