本文针对油井抽油杆弯曲这一造成油井偏磨的主要原因,在进行了充分的理论计算、可行性研究及相应井下工艺研究基础上,通过抽油杆柱组合优化设计,在偏磨井段应用空心结构抽油杆,不增加悬点载荷、不增加能耗、不降低系统效率的条件下保证抽油杆柱在井下各种载荷作用下不发生弯曲,进而在油田泵筒管理中找到一条更为经济有效的油井防偏磨手段。
