The number of elderly people is more and more. Although the maximum life expectancy of men has not risen, the share of the elderly over the age of 65 in the total population has risen from 4% in 1900 to 12% in 1985. It is noteworthy that the number of elderly people over the age of 85 is the fastest growing. Scientists predict that the next generation of older adults will be healthier, more lively, more politically agressive, and much more knowledgeable than their current counterparts. Because modern medicine has found that healthy lifestyles play an important role in prolonging the life of human beings. Diseases, organ failure and lack of exercise are not necessarily the result of aging. In other words, human death is usually not always related to aging, but due to certain other conditions. Medical experts believe that heart disease, stroke, cancer and pneumonia are the four major causes of death among the elderly.
