为了实现高铁轴承外圈的精确成形,基于冷辗扩基本理论,应用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了高铁轴承外圈的冷辗扩轧制过程的仿真模型。并对其冷辗扩过程进行了数值模拟,分析了轧制过程应力应变场的演变规律,阐明了变形机理。研究结果为实现和推广高铁轴承冷辗扩轧制成形技术奠定理论基础。
In order to realize the accurate forming of the outer race of high-speed railway bearings, a simulation model of the cold rolling-rolling process of the outer ring of high-speed railway bearings was established based on the basic theory of cold rolling. The ABAQUS finite element software was used. The process of cold rolling is numerically simulated. The evolution of stress and strain field in rolling process is analyzed, and the deformation mechanism is clarified. The research results lay a theoretical foundation for realizing and popularizing the forming technology of cold rolling and rolling of HSR bearings.
