在体育教学中,合理地安排和调节学生体育课的运动负荷是对教师体育教学的一项基本要求,只有保持的适宜运动负荷,才会收到好的教学效果。如运动负荷过小,则达不到锻炼的目的;运动负荷过大,则超出了学生身心的承受限度,对身体的健康和教学任务的完成均都很不利。由此可见,安排适宜的运动负荷是评价一节课成功与否的重要因素之一。其实,在体育教学中要贯彻落实“健康第一”的指导思想,有效的发展学生的身体健康和掌握运动技能,体育课就必须有一定的运动负荷。如今之所以把其作为评价优秀体育课的一条重要标准,就是要求教师在体育教学的每一环节中努力做到合理的安排和调节运动负荷。
In PE teaching, arranging and adjusting the exercise load of PE course reasonably is a basic requirement for teachers’ PE teaching. Only when the appropriate exercise load is maintained, will it receive good teaching results. If the exercise load is too small, then the purpose of exercise will not be reached. If the exercise load is too large, it will exceed the students’ limits of physical and mental endurance and will be very unfavorable to the health and teaching tasks of the body. Thus, arranging suitable exercise load is one of the important factors to evaluate the success of a lesson. In fact, in the teaching of physical education, it is necessary to implement the guiding ideology of “health first”, to effectively develop the students’ health and to master the sports skills. Physical education classes must have some exercise load. The reason why they are regarded as an important standard in the evaluation of excellent physical education nowadays is that teachers are required to make every effort in physical education to make reasonable arrangements and adjust the exercise load.
