Ⅱ、ⅡS和36r。C钢管坯,即使化学成份在OCT1421—77标准范围内,钢的强度和塑性值指标仍然很分散。研究指出,采用微合金化和化学成份最佳化的方法可使之稳定,性能分散程度可减少1/2~3/4,钢管一级品增加,废品和修整费用降低。 试验用钢的含碳量,凰B钢取0.41~0.48%,36r,C钢取0.32~0.40%。试验得出,只B钢机械性能与化学成份关系的回归方程是:
