本文通过对气固两相流态化过程的分析和对决定流化床层密度及其均匀稳定性的关键因素的研究,得出了散式及聚式流化床具有适合于煤炭分选的特性。流化床模型机上的探索性试验及半工业性试验系统上的分选结果表明:空气重介流化床可有效地分选50~6mm级煤炭,可能偏差Ep值达0.063。
Based on the analysis of the fluidization process of gas-solid two-phase flow and the study of the key factors that determine the density and uniform stability of the fluidized bed, the paper concludes that the dispersive and poly fluidized bed has the advantages of being suitable for coal sorting characteristic.
