根据电流源的基本工作原理,结合实际应用要求,设计了一种双端电流源单元结构,实现了低温漂补偿的宽电源电压范围双端恒流源电路。对影响双端电流源特性的相关因素进行了研究,讨论了优化电流源直流性能的部分措施。在相关分析基础上,结合标准高压互补双极工艺,对电路的特性参数进行仿真设计,温度调整率仿真值为8×10-4/℃,电压调整率为3.2×10-3/V。
According to the basic working principle of the current source and the practical application requirements, a dual-terminal current source cell structure is designed to realize a dual-terminal constant-current source circuit with a wide range of supply voltage for low-temperature drift compensation. The factors that affect the characteristics of double-ended current source are studied, and some measures to optimize the DC performance of current source are discussed. Based on the correlation analysis and the standard high-voltage complementary bipolar process, the characteristic parameters of the circuit are simulated and simulated. The temperature regulation rate is 8 × 10-4 / ℃ and the voltage regulation rate is 3.2 × 10-3 / V.
