为了满足液压支架大孔径缸筒的生产需要,针对2台老式T2130深孔镗床及旧的缸筒深孔加工工艺进行分析研究,确定改造方案。设计制作了授油器等配套的零部件,对比了深孔镗床改造前、后的缸筒深孔加工的新、旧工艺方法的优缺点。通过实际实施提高了深孔镗床的加工能力,而且可运用新的缸筒加工技术,减轻了工人劳动强度、提高了生产效率,降低加工成本,节省了外购设备资金,达到了预期目的。
In order to meet the needs of the production of large bore bores for hydraulic support, two old T2130 deep-hole boring machines and the old deep-bore processing technology were analyzed and studied, and the reformation plan was determined. Design and manufacture of oil cooler and other ancillary components and parts, compared the deep hole boring machine before and after the transformation of the deep hole processing of the new and old advantages and disadvantages of the craft. Through the actual implementation of the improved deep-hole boring machine processing capacity, but also the use of new cylinder processing technology, reducing labor intensity and improve production efficiency and reduce processing costs, saving equipment purchased capital, and achieved the desired goal.
