“硕师计划”经过十二年的逐步完善,已为农村培养了一批高层次高素质的骨干教师。“硕岗教师”作为被聘为特岗教师的“硕师计划”研究生,是2010年“硕师计划”与“特岗计划”结合实施的结果之一。通过对湖南省永州市S县L中学四名硕岗教师进行访谈,就国家制度、学校文化及学习社群等方面对其专业发展环境进行分析,可针对其发展环境存在的缺少职前实践性知识培训等问题提出诸如增加教师培训、改善学习社群等建议。
