目的:探讨磁共振在胎儿中枢神经系统成像中的应用价值。方法:中晚孕妊娠孕妇35例,临床或超声检查怀疑胎儿中枢神经系统疾病。同位置同层面行T2加权扫描(T2WI)和稳态进动梯度回波序列扫描(FIESTA)。根据胎儿灰白质信号强度的对比度,胎儿神经系统的信噪比、对比噪声比及图像伪影,对2个脉冲序列在胎儿中枢神经系统病变中的显示情况做出分析。结果:两序列在胎儿中枢神经系统疾病中的显示情况各有利弊。图像灰白质信号强度的对比度T2WI略高于FIESTA序列。客观及非客观伪影T2WI多于FIESTA序列。信噪比和对比噪声比FIESTA序列稍高于T2WI。结论:为快捷准确显示胎儿中枢神经系统疾病,应根据胎儿情况选择T2WI和FIESTA序列。
Objective: To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging in fetal central nervous system imaging. Methods: 35 pregnant women of middle and late pregnancy were enrolled in the study. The clinical or ultrasonographic examination suspected central nervous system diseases of the fetus. The same location with T2 T2 weighted scanning (T2WI) and steady-state precession gradient echo sequence scan (FIESTA). According to the contrast of fetal gray matter signal intensity, fetal neural system signal-to-noise ratio, contrast noise ratio and image artifacts, the analysis of 2 pulse sequences in fetal central nervous system lesions were analyzed. Results: The two sequences show both pros and cons in the fetal CNS disease. The contrast T2WI of image gray matter signal intensity is slightly higher than FIESTA sequence. Objective and non-objective artifacts T2WI more than FIESTA sequences. SNR and contrast noise slightly higher than the FIESTA sequence T2WI. Conclusion: To display the fetal central nervous system diseases quickly and accurately, T2WI and FIESTA sequences should be selected according to the fetus.
