扬州地区水稻历年受四虫三病危害甚为严重。以往由于防治指标偏紧,施药次数多,防治面积大,农药用量逐年增加,从而带来了害虫抗药性,次生害虫猖獗,有益生物减少,农产品残毒超标,环境污染严重和人畜中毒事故增多等一系列问题。为解决这些问题,我们于1982~1984年通过协作研究,逐步建立起一整套行之有效的水稻病虫综合防治体系,其技术要点如下。
