本文采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计等方法,以西安科技大学高新学院2012级在校大学生非体育专业的162名本科生进行篮球、田径、跆拳道、羽毛球的教学对比实验,对实验前后的学生体质变化的情况比较分析,研究普通高校体育课程设置对大学生体质的影响程度,为普通高校体育寻求一种更科学、更有效的课程设置方案。结论如下:与篮球、跆拳道和羽毛球体育选项课相比,田径课对大学生的体质改善的效果更为突出且全面,尤其是身体形态、身体机能和身体素质的提高,建议普通高校体育课程重新将田径作为必修课,有利于全面提高大学生体质。
In this paper, 162 undergraduates of undergraduates majoring in physical education in 2012 undergraduates of Xi’an University of Science and Technology undergraduates basketball, track and field, Taekwondo and badminton were compared by literature, experiment and mathematical statistics. Students physical changes in the situation comparative analysis of the physical education in colleges and universities to study the impact of physical education settings for college physical education to find a more scientific and effective program of curriculum. The conclusion is as follows: Compared with basketball, taekwondo and badminton PE classes, the track and field class has a more prominent and comprehensive effect on the physical fitness of college students, especially the improvement of body shape, body function and physical fitness. Track and field as a required course, help to improve the overall quality of college students.
