德国SMS公司与台湾Yieh united钢铁公司已签定了一项合同,由SMS公司为Yieh united钢铁公司新建一台可逆式炉巷轧机。这台新型的可逆式炉卷热带轧机用于轧制不锈钢带尤为经济。轧机的设计能力为60万t/a,大约50％是特殊钢。带钢的宽度为800～1600mm,厚度为2～8mm(碳钢可为2～16mm)。由SMS公司提供的设备有:1台带有重型轧边机的4机架可逆式粗轧机,滚筒式端头剪切机、除鳞机、在进口和出口处安装有卷取炉的4机架可逆式精轧机、薄板的冷却工段以及1台有液压传动的助卷机轧辊和具停止控制的下卷取机。
SMS, a German company, has signed a contract with Taiwan’s Yieh-Co-Steel to build a reversing hearth mill for the Yieh-Co-Steel company. This new, reversing coil hot rolling mill is especially economical for rolling stainless steel strip. Mill design capacity of 600,000 t / a, about 50% is a special steel. Strip width of 800 ~ 1600mm, thickness of 2 ~ 8mm (carbon steel can be 2 ~ 16mm). The equipment supplied by the SMS company includes: a 4-stand reversing roughing mill with a heavy duty edger, a drum end cutter, a descaler, a 4-machine with coiler at the inlet and outlet A reversible finishing mill, a sheet cooling section, a hydrostatic driven roll-up machine and a down coiler with stop control.
