我县蘑菇种植面积至1989年已达100多万m~2,其产量的高低在很大程度上影响着我县的经济收入。有着与秋菇收获期同样长的春菇,由于种种原因,产量一直徘徊在8.1~12.15kg/m~2,仅占总产量的15~20%。为了提高春菇产量,我们自1985年起对影响春菇产量的原因,在查阅了有关资料后还进行了一些试验与调查,现将结果报告于后。(一)培养料的数量和质量蘑菇是一种腐生菌,不能进行光合作用,完全依靠培养料中的营养物质进行生长发育。因此在培养料中必须具备充足的供蘑菇生长发育的各种营养物质。在春菇生产期间,经过秋季旺产和越冬,料内养分已大为减少,因此要使春菇期间料内养分充足,必须投料充足,长效肥含量高。我们通过下列试验和调查也证实了这一点。1.投料量试验:培养料配方为稻草73.3%、麦草20%、尿素1.7%、磷肥和石膏各2.5%。设四个不同投料量处理,3次重复,小区面积0.83m~2,品种为浙农一号。产量结果如下表:
