采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理分析法,对太原市中小学体育教师的职业高原现象进行了调研,分析了体育教师职业高原现象的特点及成因,并提出教师职业高原现象的应对策略。结果显示,太原市中小学体育教师职业高原现象的成因是多方面的,主要可以归纳为个人因素、学校因素、社会因素3个方面。因此,要预防和解决体育教师职业高原现象,就应发挥这3个层面的作用且各有侧重,以最终促进体育教师职业的进步。
By means of literature review, questionnaire survey and mathematical analysis, this paper investigates the phenomenon of occupational plateau in primary and secondary schools in Taiyuan, analyzes the characteristics and causes of the phenomenon of occupational plateau in PE teachers, and puts forward the countermeasures for the phenomenon. The results show that the primary and secondary physical education teachers in Taiyuan City occupational plateau phenomenon is caused by many factors, mainly can be summarized as personal factors, school factors, social factors in three aspects. Therefore, in order to prevent and solve the phenomenon of occupational plateau in physical education teachers, we should give full play to the three aspects and focus each other, so as to promote the progress of physical education teachers’ career eventually.
