采用氧化淀粉和3次投加尿素进行改性的工艺合成了改性磺化三聚氰胺脲醛树脂抑尘剂。测量了抑尘剂中游离甲醛含量、黏度大小,并对其进行了IR、热稳定性能分析。结果表明,改性后抑尘剂中游离甲醛含量有所降低,黏度和保水性能都有所提高。同时,对该抑尘剂的固沙抑尘效果进行了研究,证明该抑尘剂是适于室外抑尘使用的固化性能较好的抑尘剂。
The modified sulfonated melamine urea formaldehyde resin dust suppressant was synthesized by oxidized starch and urea dosing three times. The free formaldehyde content and viscosity of the dust suppressant were measured. The IR and thermal stability of the dust suppressant were also analyzed. The results show that after the modification, the content of free formaldehyde in the dust suppressant is reduced, and the viscosity and water holding capacity are improved. At the same time, the dust suppression effect of dust suppression agent was studied to prove that the dust suppression agent is suitable for outdoor dust suppression curing performance better dust suppressant.
