人肾尿酸盐转运系统有4个方面;①小球滤过率;②远端或分泌前回收;③肾小管分泌;④小管分泌后回收。故肾性尿酸盐丢失可由肾小管尿酸盐分泌前或后回收缺陷,或小管分泌增加所致。本文报告2例肾性尿酸尿引起低尿酸血症,吡嗪酰胺(PZA)和苯溴香豆酮(benzbromarone),为有效的排尿酸药试验证实,患者分别有肾小管尿酸盐分泌前和分泌后回收缺陷。例1,男,28岁。有右侧腰痛和镜下血尿。X 线
