目的采用电子射线每周重复照射建立大鼠放射性皮肤损伤模型,探讨其科学性、可行性及实用性。方法 36只Wistar雌性大鼠,按5∶1比例随机分为照射组(A组)30只、对照组(B组)6只。采用6MV电子线对A组大鼠左侧臀部皮肤进行分次照射(5Gy/次,1次/周,累积剂量最高为60Gy),于照射后第1、4、8、12、16周处死,每时相点处死6只,B组于第2周末处死。观察动物活体外观、皮肤的大体标本、行苏木素-伊红染色观察大鼠皮肤组织学变化。结果 A组受照皮肤组织表现出放射性皮炎及皮肤纤维化的变化过程。结论每周大剂量电子射线重复照射所制作的大鼠放射性皮肤损伤模型稳定可靠,符合临床放疗实际。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a radioactive skin lesion model by repeated weekly electron beam irradiation and to explore its scientific, feasibility and practicability. Methods Thirty - six Wistar female rats were randomly divided into irradiation group (A group) 30 and control group (B group) 6 according to the ratio of 5: 1. The skin of the left buttocks of rats in group A was irradiated by 6MV electron beam (5Gy / time, once a week, the cumulative dose was up to 60Gy), and were sacrificed on the 1st, 4th, 8th, Six rats were sacrificed at each time point, and group B was sacrificed at the end of the second week. Observed the live appearance of animals, the skin of the general specimens, line hematoxylin-eosin staining observed skin changes in rats. Results A group of irradiated skin showed radiodermatitis and skin fibrosis changes. Conclusion The model of radiation-induced skin damage caused by repeated high-dose electron beam radiation weekly is stable and reliable, which is in line with the actual clinical radiotherapy.
