分别以腹腔内注射大量NaF和饮用含氟水的方法制造了泌乳期和非泌乳期雌性大鼠亚急性氟中毒以及泌乳期大鼠慢性氟中毒模型。以放免法分析了亚急性氟中毒大鼠垂体内催乳素(PRL)的含量,并以荧光分光光度法测定了亚急性和慢性氟中毒泌乳期大鼠下丘脑五羟色胺(5-HT)的静态含量及更新率。结果亚急性氟中毒可使泌乳期大鼠垂体相对重量及PRL含量降低,非泌乳期无显著变化;无论亚急性和慢性氟中毒时下丘脑5-HT的静态含量均降低,提示这可能是氟中毒抑制大鼠垂体PRL甚至乳汁分泌的机制之一。
The models of subacute fluorosis in lactating and non-lactating female rats and chronic fluorosis in lactation rats were made by intraperitoneal injection of large amounts of NaF and drinking fluoride-containing water respectively.
