长期以来乌兰察布市外贸经营受自然资源禀赋的制约和地区经济整体发展水平的影响,对外贸易拉动经济增长的推动作用发挥较小。虽然经过几年努力,在结构优化方面有了新的起色,但整体上仍面临着诸多困难。特别是目前以中低速、创新驱动、贸易摩擦为主要特征的外贸新常态悄然到来,正深刻影响我国外贸发展,也势必将影响乌兰察布进出口的发展。为此我们开展了对全市外贸经济的调研工作,以期通过分析原因,提出合理化建议,促进地区外贸经济发展壮大。 For a long time, the foreign trade operation of Wulanchabu City was affected by the constraints of natural resources and the overall level of development of the regional economy. Foreign trade has played a smaller role in stimulating economic growth. Although after a few years of hard work, there has been a new improvement in structural optimization, but still face many difficulties as a whole. In particular, the new normal state of foreign trade, which is mainly characterized by low- and medium-speed, innovation-driven, and trade friction, is coming. It is deeply affecting China’s foreign trade development and is bound to affect the development of Wulanchabu’s import and export. To this end, we carried out research work on the city’s foreign trade economy, in order to analyze the reasons, put forward rationalization proposals, and promote regional economic development and expansion of foreign trade.
