1997年在省造纸行业协会的正确指导下,在各级部门的大力支持下,我公司依靠全体员工的共同努力,坚持以改革为动力,紧紧围绕“效益和发展”这两个中心,驱动“市场和管理”两个轮子,克服了重重困难,较好的完成了上级下达的各项任务,全年累计生产机制纸6650吨,实现销售收入3150万元,创利税330万元,人均收入6613元,四项指标分别比上年增长9.9%、18.86%、5.1%、2.5%。经济效益可谓获得好收成,为湖北造纸行业实施全面增效作出了一定的贡献,回顾一年来的生产经营过程,我们深感成绩的取得来之不易,我们是在造纸行业受供给、价格、秩序等诸多市场因素影响,销售严重不畅的情况下取得的,个中甘味、耐人寻味,下面我就以下三个方面汇报我们的工作体会:
Under the correct guidance of the Provincial Paper Industry Association in 1997, with the strong support of departments at all levels, our company relied on the joint efforts of all employees, insisted on the reform as the driving force, and closely focused on the two centers of “benefit and development”. The “Market and Management” two wheels have overcome many difficulties and successfully completed the tasks assigned by the superiors. The accumulated production mechanism paper for the entire year reached 6,650 tons, realized a sales income of 31.5 million yuan, a profit and tax of 3.3 million yuan, and per capita income. At 6,613 yuan, the four indicators increased by 9.9%, 18.86%, 5.1%, and 2.5% respectively over the previous year. The economic benefits can be said to be a good harvest and make a certain contribution to the overall efficiency improvement of the Hubei papermaking industry. Looking back at the production and operation process over the past year, we deeply feel that the achievements are not easily achieved. We are subject to supply, price and order in the paper industry. As a result of many market factors, such as the severe sales failure, they are all sweet and intriguing. I will report on our work experience in the following three areas:
