目的:对羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)在药物制剂中的应用展开分析与研究。方法:分析HPMC的性质,并查阅相关资料,对此种纤维素在药物制剂(包括黏合剂、崩解剂、固体制剂缓释材料等)中的应用情况进行总结。结果:通过将HPMC作为药物制剂的包衣材料,可大大优化制剂的硬度、吸湿度及崩解度等性能;采用羟丙甲纤维素K4(HPMC-K4)制备的片剂具有较高的光泽度,且未发生崩边缺角的情况;胶囊材料采用HPMC的制剂有着更高的溶出度;而通过将HPMC作为助悬剂使用,则可有效提高非均相体系的稳定性。结论:HPMC作为一种性能全面的药用辅料,有着非常远大的应用前景,在药物制剂研发中起到了非常关键的作用。
Objective: To analyze and study the application of hypromellose (HPMC) in pharmaceutical preparations. Methods: The properties of HPMC were analyzed, and the relevant data were consulted to summarize the application of cellulose in pharmaceutical preparations (including binders, disintegrants, and sustained release materials for solid preparations). Results: By using HPMC as a coating material for pharmaceutical preparations, the hardness, hygroscopicity and disintegratability of the preparation can be greatly optimized. The tablets prepared with hypromellose K4 (HPMC-K4) have a higher gloss Degree without chipping and chipping; the HPMC preparation of the capsule material has a higher dissolution rate; and by using HPMC as a suspending agent, the stability of the heterogeneous system can be effectively improved. Conclusion: HPMC, as a kind of comprehensive pharmaceutical excipient, has a very promising prospect and plays a very important role in the research and development of pharmaceutical preparations.
