本文首先综合陈述了桥梁墩柱与钻孔桩连接构造的几种型式,包括:现浇混凝土墩柱和桩主筋焊接;现浇混凝土墩柱与桩主筋搭接、钢管混凝土墩柱与桩连接,以及预制墩柱与桩杯口连接等。其中指出了每一种连接构造中的要点及设计中应该注意的问题。然后,由于桥梁规范对墩柱和桩杯口连接型式的设计构造论述很少,故着重介绍了这种连接型式并较详细地叙述了其受力原理。在此基础上,提出了杯口配筋计算公式及柱子插入杯口深度计算公式等等。为了方便理解“定量”的概念,对每一种连接方式都列举了一个计算例题。
This article first comprehensively states several types of bridge piers and bored pile connection structure, including: cast-in-place concrete pier and the main reinforcement welding; cast-in-place concrete pier and the main reinforcement lap, concrete filled steel tubular pier columns and piles, As well as prefabricated columns and pylons mouth connection. It points out the points in each connection structure and the problems that should be noticed in the design. Then, because of the bridge design, the discussion of the design structure of the pier and the cup-cup-mouth is very few, so this type of connection is emphasized and its force principle is described in detail. On this basis, the calculation formula of cup reinforcement and the calculation formula of cup insertion depth are put forward. In order to facilitate understanding of the concept of “quantitation,” a calculation example is given for each connection.
